Delivery Policy

We deliver from Monday to Sundays between 8.00 am to 6.00pm. We may not be able to accommodate delivery time slot requests or time- specific deliveries on the same day delivery. This is to maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. For our customers who have placed order on the same order date is required to make payment immediately to reduce complications. Failure to do so will result in non-completion of your order placed. We shall not be held liable for any compensation to you or any third party resulting from such delay.

In the event that a delivery is re-routed upon the request of the person who made the order or the order recipient will be charged for extra re-delivery fee. Delivery shall not be re-scheduled to another date once the order is processed and leave our office due to the perishable nature of the products.

Please ensure that you have included the full address details and contact number of the recipient to avoid problems or delays with delivery.

Delivery On Valentine’s Day & Mother’s Day

For orders made to be delivered from 10th to 14th February and 5th to 9th May , customers are not able to request a preferred delivery time slot, and all deliveries will be made between 8.00 am to 7.00 pm.

This is to maintain the efficiency in our operations as the period surrounding Valentine’s Day & Mother’s Day is our busiest period. We are unable to promise time-specific deliveries to ensure fairness to all our customers and to maintain the efficiency in our operations.
