By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions:

Order Policy

Our entire website customer will be issued with an invoice via email upon placement of order. Please note that your order will not be processed until full payment has settled into our bank account. All orders received are subject to acceptance by The Vintage Garden and we reserved the right, at our absolute discretion, to cancel, amend or reject any order without giving reasons. In the event of rejection or cancellation on our site, we will offer store credit of equal vale to your paid amount.

Price Policy

Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). As flowers are subject to seasonal changes which are beyond our control, all displayed prices are subject to changes without further notice. We may offer options to transact in different currencies. Every product displayed with the price are excluded with delivery fee. For delivery charges please refer to our delivery information list.

Products Policy

The Vintage Garden reserve the right to substitute the flowers varieties and colors on our product displayed with an equally attractive or equivalent value, subjected to availability. Our product colors may slightly differ from the pictures showed as the photos are adjusted for better lightness and contrast attraction for promotion usage. Other than that, actual arrangement, bloom size, bouquet size, arrangement style etc may vary from the photo shown.

Payment Policy

We accept Bank Transfer, Credit or Debit Card or PayPal. Payments are conducted through Banks and PayPal.

Delivery Policy

We deliver from Monday to Sundays between 8.00 am to 6.00pm. We may not be able to accommodate delivery time slot requests or time- specific deliveries on the same day delivery. This is to maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. For our customers who have placed order on the same order date is required to make payment immediately to reduce complications. Failure to do so will result in non-completion of your order placed. We shall not be held liable for any compensation to you or any third party resulting from such delay.

In the event that a delivery is re-routed upon the request of the person who made the order or the order recipient will be charged for extra re-delivery fee. Delivery shall not be re-scheduled to another date once the order is processed and leave our office due to the perishable nature of the products.

Please ensure that you have included the full address details and contact number of the recipient to avoid problems or delays with delivery.
